Q) Joey, I read in your bio that you have two brothers. I would like to know how old they are and do they play football? What position? Are they any good? Thanks, your awesome.

--Kyle Curry - Edmond, OK
A) Yes, I have two brothers. Michael, age 21, is playing football at the University of Idaho. He will be the starting quarterback this season for the Vandals. Nick, my little brother, is 19 years old and attends the University of Oregon where he is a manager on the Duck football team. He also played quarterback in high school.
Q) Hi Joey. Good luck in the 2004 season..I have been following your career since the Ducks and I believe this will be the best yet. I hope your foundation event on July 1st is a success. Will you be playing? I would love to come and support the cause but unfortunatly I can not. I know you are told all the time but, "Thanks for giving so much back to the community". Go Lions!! #3

--Angie Kenney - Louisville, AK
A) I'm really excited to host and perform at the upcoming Harrington Family Foundation benefit concert. We expect around 3,000 people to gather in Pioneer Courthouse Square in downtown Portland. It should be a great time. Sorry you can't be there to enjoy the music.
Q) Joey, I hear you will be performing with the University of Oregon Jazz Band in June to help them kick off their Music School building campaign. Can you tell me where we can get tickets?

--John Hatton - Portland, OR
A) Check out the latest foundation update on this website for details.
Q) Joey, Can you give us any information yet on your summer concert in Oregon?

--Alan Edwards - Diamond Bar, CA
A) Yes, you can check out the Foundation Update section of this website for the latest details. Hope you can come. It'll be great!
Q) Dear Mr Harrington, I know that you have had SVT (Super Ventricular Tachyachardia) , and i also had that. I was just wondering if you ever think about it when your playing in close game. I have had to forget about it after my abblation and i was just wondering how you were doing now?

--Mark L - San Diego, CA
A) I am absolutely fine now. My heart episode never even crosses my mind. The procedure to correct SVT is about 99% permanent.
Q) Joey, I have read that you are an avid player of Ms. Pac Man...as an avid player myself I was wondering what your highest score is...you know just to see if I am as good or possibly even better!!

--Jennifer Nieto - Fort Sumner, NM
A) I've been playing for a while and finally broke 200,000. Actually, 203,184 to be exact.
Q) Joey, I noticed that you go by your middle name, and, as a fellow middle name user, I was wondering if there was a unique story behind the name. I have been asked so often over the last 27 years that I wouldn't mind having a t-shirt printed with the answer. Good luck in 2004, and God bless. (Edward) David in Chicago

--David Chun - River Grove, IL
A) Here's the short version. My great grandpa, my grandpa, my dad and I are all first born sons and all have the first name John. Every other generation, my grandpa (Bernie) and I (Joseph), goes by their middle name.
Q) Hey Joey, I'm an Oregon Ducks fan and I was wondering if you think Jason Fife will get drafted, and when in the draft he'll get picked up.

--Brad W - Dearborn, AK
A) Jason will get drafted I'm just not sure when. I've heard anywhere from the 3rd to the 5th round. Wherever he goes though, he'll impress some people.
Q) First of all, I'm glad to have you as part of the Lion's team! My family are life long fans of the Lions! Just wondering if you know or have any information about any pre-season meet the team events. I would like to take my brothers to either see a game or meet some of the team. I have requested info through the Lions official website and haven't received anything back. Any info would help and be appreciated! Thanks and good luck in the 2004 season!

--Kelly Adami - Rockford, IL
A) They don't keep us very informed about these things but I'm sure the Lions website (detroitlions.com) will post that information when it is available.
Q) Joey, I am a huge fan of yours and the Lions. I was hoping that you could explain to me how the NFL comes up with their QB ratings? I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't know how to calculate this! Thanks and Go Lions!

--Jerry Platte - Eaton Rapids, MI
A) Don't be ashamed. No one understands it. I gave up years ago. The only thing you need to know is if you throw a lot of touchdowns and no interceptions it's a good thing.
